ELMS opened in 1995. ELMS has 91 staff members.
Elkridge Landing Middle School is a place where students, staff, parents, and community members work together to foster a supportive and engaging environment in which students are inspired and empowered to excel.
Each child, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, disability or socio-economic status, will meet the rigorous performance standards that have been established. All diploma-bound students will perform on or above grade level in all measured content areas. Each school will provide a safe and nurturing school environment that values diversity and commonality.
