ARE YOU MOVING OVER THE SUMMER?
In accordance with Policy 9000 – Student Residency, Eligibility, Enrollment and Assignment:
If your student is moving out of Elkridge Landing boundaries, still within Howard County over the summer, you will need to complete the change of address process by logging into your HCPSS Connect account >Online Registration> Family File, change your address, upload your newly signed lease/or deed, utility bill, and submit prior to the start of the 2026/2027 school year. Your child’s transfer will be processed prior to the start of the 2026/2027 school year.
If your student is moving out of Howard County over the summer, please complete the withdrawal form and email to elmsregistrars@hcpss.org to process your withdrawal paperwork.
Lastly, if your student is moving over the summer and continues to reside within Elkridge Landing boundaries, you will need to complete the change of address process by logging into your HCPSS Connect account >Online Registration> Family File, change your address, upload your newly signed lease/or deed, utility bill, and submit prior to the start of the 2026/2027 school year.
